Used to spread out flag for full display on an indoor presentation set. Attach mounting bracket to pole behind flag. Then, position arms and fasten clips to back of flag to present a full flag. For 1" to 1 1/4" Outside Diameter Poles. Sure-Grip clips hold flag securely in place. Vinyl coated pole bracket attachment with easy-on easy-off.
